RETURN POLICY

To end the subscription, all equipment must be sent back to us in working condition. The most important thing is that the electronics still work and that it has not obviously been treated carelessly. Videquus’ friendly return department determines whether the camera’s condition is good enough with regard to how long you have had the subscription. We make sure that all our customers are satisfied. Only direct negligence could result in a charge for a damaged camera. In such a case, a cost price is paid for our expenses to restore the camera to a working condition.
